Architectural Processing
The sole purpose of the Architectural Application process is to maintain the architectural character of Serrano Wood, to keep the community attractive to all residents, and to protect yours and the other homeowner’s investment. Please ensure that prior to commencing any exterior architectural modification, that you submit and obtain approval from your Homeowners Association. Additionally, approval of your application from the association does not relieve you of the responsibility to obtain all required permits from all government agencies that may oversee your project.

South Coast Emergency Line
The South Coast Emergency Line is 714-444-2602. Follow the prompts and the available on-call property manager will be paged to assist you. Please state your Association's name (Serrano Woods) and please provide your address and telephone number clearly to the on-call message service so it may be communicated clearly to the on-call property manager.

City of Lake Forest
The Lake Forest City Council Meetings are held on the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 pm. The meetings take place in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 25550 Commercentre Drive, Suite 100, Lake Forest, CA 92630. The agenda is available at the city clerk's office at city hall on the Friday preceding every council meeting or online at Lake Forest Agenda

The Planning Commission meets twice monthly on the 2nd & 4th Thursday of each month. Meetings also take place in the Council Chambers at City Hall beginning at 7:00 p.m.
